• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Our team is focused on enhancing trust in the Google ecosystem and helping Google’s products, from You Tube, Shopping, and Ads to Google Voice and Fi, mitigate abuse and protect their users and customers.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally and with anti-abuse counterparts from key Google products to develop joint anti-abuse strategies, and establish and execute roadmaps. This work will rely on deep understanding of products’ challenges and needs and of our internal capabilities, fraud and counter-abuse methodologies, and strong ability to inspire, organize, and execute.

You will lead a team of high-performance Product Managers and will also conduct individual-contributor work. You will support your team’s activities and their career growth through guidance, mentoring, and assignment of responsibilities.

Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead a team of Product Managers, guiding their work and professional and career development.
• Manage key relationship with anti-abuse counterparts across Google and engineering leadership within the risk and payments organizations.
• Develop anti-abuse strategies, roadmaps, and execute against them in collaboration with Google’s products and cross-functional teams.
• Make key prioritization and resource allocation decisions to maximize short- and long-term Return on Investment ( ROI).
• Ensure data-driven decisions and optimization across all relevant business metrics including precision and recall, good customer impact, costs, time-to-market, and global coverage.
