  • As an Administrative Business Partner at Intrinsic, you are the strategic “bridge builder” at the intersection of our Engineering, R&D, and Commercial teams
  • Supporting three highly collaborative leaders, you act as an Impact Multiplier who synchronizes internal rhythms and serves as a vital liaison for high-stakes external partners and customers
  • Your mission is to build the “Automated Executive” by using AI and systems thinking to handle the “interruptions” (scheduling, travel, and routine comms), allowing you to focus on the “discretion”—navigating complex stakeholder relationships and preventing strategy collisions before they occur
  • Unlike a traditional gatekeeper, you are a facilitator who protects leadership bandwidth while ensuring the team remains accessible and mission-aligned
  • Synchronize High-Collaboration Teams:
    Connect the dots between Engineering, R&D, and Commercial work streams to ensure alignment and prevent operational bottlenecks
  • Manage High-Stakes External Moats:
    Act as a professional liaison for industrial partners and customers, ensuring external stakeholders feel heard and prioritized
  • Optimize Executive Bandwidth:
    Leverage Google Workspace and modern productivity tools (including Gemini and basic automation) to seamlessly manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and routine business processes
  • Proactive Calendar & Energy Shadowing:
    Masterfully analyze upcoming leadership cycles to anticipate conflicts, identify “energy drains,” and resolve logistical bottlenecks 48 hours in advance

    The ability to synthesize complex, high-volume communications and incoming requests, accurately auditing automated drafts or team updates for tone, context, and accuracy before they reach leadership
  • Critical Thinking in Ambiguity:
    An elite ability to navigate “stress test” scenarios where there is no playbook, demonstrating exceptional judgment when resolving conflicting priorities among diverse leadership styles
  • High-Stakes Stakeholder Diplomacy:
    Standout candidates act as a true extension of the executives they support, confidently navigating complex cross-functional dynamics between Engineering and Commercial teams, protecting leadership brand, and managing sensitive communications during high-pressure cycles
  • Strategic “Bridge Building” & Business Acumen: A proven track record of understanding the broader business context, allowing you to proactively align executive calendars and team rhythms with quarterly business goals
  • Modern Executive Enablement:
    The ability to treat executive administrative support as an engineering problem—using advanced Google Workspace features (e.g., Apps Script, Gemini) as leverage to automate routine admin tasks, allowing you to spend more time on high-value strategic partnership
