Key Responsibilities Strategic Publisher & SSP Partnerships
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with premium publishers, SSPs, curated marketplaces, and web inventory partners across the US and Europe.
  • Lead direct publisher integration discussions, including Header Bidding, Prebid, Amazon TAM, OpenRTB, and PMP partnerships.
  • Develop strategic supply acquisition plans aligned with Media Go's global growth objectives.
Commercial Negotiation & Revenue Growth
  • Own commercial negotiations including revenue share structures, payment terms, floor pricing, preferred deals, and long‑term partnership agreements.
  • Structure scalable partnership models including direct integrations, curated supply arrangements, and strategic PMP collaborations.
  • Drive incremental revenue opportunities by expanding Media Go's access to premium open web inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal demand teams to align advertiser needs with high‑value supply opportunities.
Industry Relationship Management
  • Build executive‑level relationships with publisher leadership, SSP commercial teams, and ecosystem decision‑makers.
  • Represent Media Go at industry conferences and executive events including Cannes Lions, DMEXCO, and other publisher‑focused forums.
  • Maintain ongoing market visibility and strengthen Media Go's positioning within the premium programmatic ecosystem.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning
  • Monitor industry trends across SSPs, curated supply, identity, privacy, AQ standards, and publisher monetization strategies.
  • Analyze competitor partnership models and identify areas where Media Go can differentiate within the market.
  • Provide strategic insights on publisher pain points, supply trends, and emerging partnership opportunities.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with Product, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Account Management teams to drive partnership execution and integration success.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to accelerate onboarding, contract execution, and launch timelines.
  • Support executive reporting and contribute to long‑term supply‑side strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, SSP, publisher partnerships, ad tech business development, or related fields.
  • Strong network within the publisher and SSP ecosystem across North America and Europe.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex publisher or SSP agreements.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic technologies including OpenRTB, Header Bidding, Prebid, Amazon TAM, PMP, and SSP monetization models.
  • Experience working with premium web publishers and open web monetization ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and scale revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for partner meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at an SSP, publisher monetization platform, DSP, exchange, or major ad tech company.
  • Existing relationships with premium publishers, SSPs, or curated supply platforms.
