About the job

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines. Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications.

Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross‑cut our existing organizations and deliver high‑impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

The Pixel Product Planning and Strategy team is seeking an entrepreneurial minded individual with a blend of business strategy, corporate planning, and program management expertise to optimize and scale Google's Pixel business globally.

In this role, you will specifically focus on driving Long Range Planning (LRP) and annual planning cycles, as well as defining the multi‑year portfolio strategy to drive user acquisition (especially iOS switchers), engagement, and loyalty. You will be responsible for developing insightful long‑term market analysis, guiding the holistic product and portfolio strategy, and ensuring seamless execution of the annual business plan in coordination with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Long‑Range Planning (LRP) and annual planning cycles, translating multi‑year strategic visions into actionable hardware roadmaps, financial targets, and resource allocation.
  • Drive multi‑year business plans that align hardware roadmaps with macro market priorities, competitive positioning, and broader Go‑To‑Market (GTM) execution.
  • Advocate overarching portfolio strategies to drive long‑term profitable growth, with a targeted focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and converting iOS switchers.
  • Leverage macroeconomic, competitive, and user data analysis to partner with finance and sales on pricing, capacity planning, and multi‑year investment frameworks.
  • Establish the operating cadence for strategic planning, regularly preparing and presenting LRP updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

US: $150,000 - $218,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
