Overview

This role is part of Databricks' GTM Strategy & Operations team, working directly with GTM Leadership to drive growth and scale. The Strategy & Execution Manager serves as the business partner for the AMER Communications, Media & Gaming (CMEG) leadership team, acting as COO for the CMEG business and a technical analytical operator.

• Run the business as the leader’s right hand: embedded enough to know accounts, deals, team, and numbers cold and always have the answer. Surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations before asked.
• Own the operating rhythm: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs, executive summaries, and territory/account planning; run cadences and represent the business when leadership is not present.
• Turn data into decisions: own rigorous, complex analyses that guide investment, growth, and prioritization with a point of view, not just data.
• Partner across Planning, Recruiting, Programs, Marketing, and Partners to unblock growth.
• Build for scale with AI: create AI‑powered solutions that simplify field experience and free the team for strategic work, and teach what you build.

• Excellent communication. Comfortable presenting to VPs and BU leadership; produce leader‑ready decks, executive summaries, quantitative business cases.

Zone 1 Pay Range: $162,900 — $223,950 USD. Compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
