Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end data architecture and dashboarding for executive headcount and payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and data integrity for the P&D Leadership team decision-making.
- Lead the analysis of complex business requirements and workforce data to identify and drive technical solutions to better surface headcount trends and insights to product area leadership.
- Lead the design and governance of the team graph team hierarchy to accurately reflect the work of engineering and product teams across the product area.
- Manage the systematic intra-product area quarterly allocations of payroll opex using data analysis to appropriate product groups in partnership with FP&A.
- Conduct technical and process assessments of newly developed features from Corp Eng to optimize product area control mechanisms and operational guidelines.
US: $114,000 - $164,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
