In this role, you will be a product leader with exceptional product taste and a builder's mindset, someone who can find signals in the noise and bring clarity to chaos. You must be able to help shape an idea, and equally as important, know when it's time to let something go.

Labs is a group focused on incubating early-stage efforts in support of Google's mission to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. Our team exists to help discover and create new ways to advance our core products through exploration and the application of new technologies. We work to build new solutions that have the potential to transform how users interact with Google.

Our goal is to drive innovation by developing new Google products and capabilities that deliver significant impact over longer time frames.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

* + Drive the product goal and roadmap for new AI-native products, leading it through the full 0-to-1 lifecycle. From idea explorations to rapid prototyping, user research, and experimentation. You will embrace ambiguity to refine concepts into lovable products.

+ Lead and inspire a cross-functional team through early-stage uncertainty by building trust. Advocate the user - obsess over a simple, magical UX, partnering with Design and Engineering to translate complex AI into delightful features.

+ Drive the go-to-market strategy, from early prototypes to public launch and scaling. You will define and analyze success metrics to guide the product's evolution and ensure it delivers meaningful user impact.
