GTM Operations Lead
The Gemini App team is building the future of conversational AI. Our goal is to bring helpful, high-quality, and experiences to users around the world. As we continue to expand our reach, we need a leader to drive our Go-to-Market efforts. As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Lead for the Gemini App, you will be responsible for collaborating on our growth strategy and executing large-scale initiatives to bring the app to more users.
You will use the framework for growth to guide resource allocation across multiple channels, including partnerships, marketing, and product integrations. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a blend of thinking, business acumen, and strong execution skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $236000 - $257000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth framework to drive Gemini App adoption across key markets and pillars, prioritizing key Go-to-Market levers like marketing, partnerships, and product integrations.
- Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation (e.g., TPU compute) and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize funding across various channels and regions to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Evaluate, prioritize, and manage partnership opportunities (such as OEMs and carriers), working closely with Business Development teams to discuss optimal outcomes.
- Lead the execution of major Go-to-Market initiatives, such as extended free trials or carrier partnerships, by coordinating with cross-functional and cross-product area teams.
- Monitor post-launch progress, report key metrics to executive leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on course correction or acceleration efforts as needed.
