Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in a business operations, strategy, or analyst role.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Sheets).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with project management software and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:
