Japanese Bilingual Project Coordinator, Strategic Investment & Venture Partnerships
**
Seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Project Coordinator to support startup partnerships, investment operations, contract coordination, market research, and event management within a global innovation and venture team.
- Location:
Mountain View, CA - Employment Type:
Long-term TEMP - Compensation: $65-$67/hr
- Work Hour:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm with occasional overtime.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, contract administration, vendor management, or event coordination.
- Professional fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualification:

- Experience with Salesforce, Crunchbase, Pitch Book, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
- Knowledge of startups, venture capital, innovation, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Project Coordinator:
Project & Operations Coordination- Coordinate cross-functional projects, operational processes, and process improvement initiatives.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and support timely issue resolution.
- Manage operational tools, software subscriptions, budgets, expenses, and purchasing activities.
- Coordinate legal and contractual processes, including NDAs, service agreements, statements of work, and event-related contracts.
- Serve as a liaison between external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and payment processes.
- Conduct startup scouting and preliminary market research.
- Identify and track emerging startup opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and partnership data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, workshops, sponsor ships, and executive meetings.
- Support internal communications and reporting activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between global teams, particularly across Japan and North America.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
