The ideal candidate is a seasoned management consultant or Chief of Staff who thrives in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments. This individual will partner with senior leaders, manage executive operating rhythms, resolve complex cross-functional challenges, and ensure leadership teams remain aligned on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the organization's executive operating cadence, including strategic planning sessions, business reviews, leadership meetings, and organizational planning activities.
  • Develop executive briefing documents, leadership summaries, decision memos, and one-page strategic overviews for high-level meetings.
  • Prepare presentations, executive communications, and strategic narratives for senior leadership, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and drive resolution of complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with directors, senior managers, and functional leaders to gather insights, identify risks, and provide leadership with accurate organizational updates.
  • Drive organizational alignment by facilitating communication across business, technology, product, and operations teams.
  • Anticipate executive needs, identify emerging issues, and proactively recommend solutions before problems escalate.

  • Build trusted relationships across senior leadership while navigating complex organizational dynamics with discretion and professionalism.
  • Utilize AI tools and modern productivity technologies to improve planning, communication, and operational efficiency.

  • Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or in a comparable executive business operations, strategic program management, or executive office role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations, executive briefings, and strategic narratives.
  • Demonstrated success managing highly ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading executive operating rhythms, strategic planning, and organizational governance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technology organizations and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
  • High proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity, communication, research, and execution.
