Product Strategy Manager

This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a collaborative software ecosystem, empowering external developers to integrate with our platform. You will manage the product roadmap, ensuring new features and program enhancements deliver value to all participants. Success in this position requires deep collaboration and a data-informed approach to drive innovation for partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and guide the product vision and roadmap for the partner program.
• Design and refine partner tiering structures to offer escalating benefits.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure alignment and drive decisions.
• Prioritize development backlogs and coordinate cross-team delivery.
• Gather partner feedback to inform product solutions and problem-solving.

Must-Have

Skills:

• 5+ years of product management experience in developer platforms/ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile Scrum environment.

Experience in the fintech SaaS industry is highly preferred, with a focus on building and scaling partner ecosystems.
