At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As part of Consumer Shopping, we will shape the future of how billions of people discover, research, and buy products online. In 2026, we continue to break out of traditional paradigms by shifting from flat text results to immersive, multimodal, and fluid conversational experiences across AI Overviews (AIO) and AI Mode (AIM). We operate at high velocity focusing on delivering high-impact within the fast-changing AI landscape.
In this role, you will define what "great" looks like, build out long-term strategy, and partner closely with Search teams to shift traditional search paradigms into immersive, conversational AI experiences across AI Overviews and AI Mode (AIM). You will be a highly strategic, data-driven product leader who excels at navigating dense cross-functional ecosystems, managing ambiguous technical challenges, and taking bold calculated risks.
Users come first here is this more important than on our Advertising and Commerce team: we believe that ads and commercial information can be highly useful to our users if that information is relevant to what our users wish to find or do. Advertisers worldwide use Google Ads to promote their products; publishers use AdSense to serve relevant ads on our website;
and businesses around the world use our products (like Google Shopping, and Google Wallet) to support their online businesses and bring users into their offline stores. We are constantly innovating to deliver the most effective advertising and commerce opportunities of tomorrow.
