"Ready to take your career to the next level? Join our top tier Workplace Experience Host Team at CBRE, where you'll collaborate with a diverse group of associates to provide white glove hospitality to employees and clients, creating a wonderful workplace environment and daily experience"

About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world‑class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do:

Workplace Quality Assurance and Coordination
  • Coordinate workplace observations and requests from intake through closure, ensuring each item has a clear owner, priority, timing, and status.
  • Support ad hoc, leadership‑requested reviews of spaces and services by documenting gaps, assigning follow‑up, and verifying closure.
  • Coordinate handoffs to the responsible CBRE service partner, vendor, Building Technician, building management partner, or internal team without performing the underlying service work.
  • Serve as a liaison between Workplace, Facilities, IT, AV, Security, building management, vendors, and other cross‑functional teams for issue resolution and escalation.
  • Communicate updates clearly,
    * escalate risks or delays, and confirm spaces meet readiness standards before items are considered complete.*
Administrative and Operational Tracking
  • Maintain accurate quality‑control trackers, Jira tickets, coverage maps, service‑reference lists, issue‑aging reports, and closure records.
  • Monitor quality‑control observations and related workplace requests across Jira, Slack, email, and other communication channels; confirm the appropriate owner, priority, and status.
Workplace Experience and Quality Control
  • Conduct structured daily quality‑control walks across assigned workplace spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, functionality, hospitality, and readiness standards are maintained.
  • Inspect all mapped workplace zones on a defined cadence, including common areas, conference rooms, enclosed rooms, executive areas, pantries, restrooms, circulation paths, storage areas, and less‑visible spaces.
  • Maintain simple site‑specific coverage maps and service‑reference lists so recurring routes and rooms are known and do not depend on one person’s memory.
  • Validate service coverage after vendor, technician, or staffing transitions so rooms, assets, and service routes are not unintentionally missed.
  • Identify visible workplace or real‑estate issues, document the location and priority, route them to the appropriate vendor, technician, building management partner, or internal team, and track them through closure.
  • Confirm completed work through physical inspection when appropriate rather than relying only on a vendor or ticket update.
