- Monitor quality‑control observations and related workplace requests across Jira, Slack, email, and other communication channels; confirm the appropriate owner, priority, and status.
- Conduct structured daily quality‑control walks across assigned workplace spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, functionality, hospitality, and readiness standards are maintained.
- Inspect all mapped workplace zones on a defined cadence, including common areas, conference rooms, enclosed rooms, executive areas, pantries, restrooms, circulation paths, storage areas, and less‑visible spaces.
- Maintain simple site‑specific coverage maps and service‑reference lists so recurring routes and rooms are known and do not depend on one person’s memory.
- Validate service coverage after vendor, technician, or staffing transitions so rooms, assets, and service routes are not unintentionally missed.
- Identify visible workplace or real‑estate issues, document the location and priority, route them to the appropriate vendor, technician, building management partner, or internal team, and track them through closure.
