The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Partner Engagement team enables meaningful executive-level interactions that drive forward Google’s strategic cross-product area objectives. We help craft memorable executive engagements with partner C-level that showcase our One Google approach and position Google as the long-term AI transformation partner of choice.

We are seeking a customer experience visionary and execution-focused Program Manager to lead event operations for our flagship Executive Briefing Center (EBC), the Google Partner Plex, at our headquarters in Mountain View. The Partner Plex hosts Google’s most strategic business engagements with C-level executives and key opinion formers from around the world.

As a Partner Plex Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our on-site operations. Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to): co-hosting tours of the space for Googler executives and their guests, overseeing the local concierge team and partnering with their vendor management, developing a process with on-site teams to review all meeting spaces regularly to ensure the space is always customer-ready, own swag vendor relationship and development of custom swag per location by tier.

You will also partner with the catering team on elevated event offerings, budget oversight, and manage relationships with security teams for sweeps and extra support as necessary. You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more.
