Product ( UX ) Designer

Product UX Designer | Hyderabad or Pune | Hybrid

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Product team and drive the creation of intuitive, scalable user experiences across our product ecosystem. This role will focus on designing modern UX using Lovable, while partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong product thinking, and can move quickly from concept to execution.

You will play a key role in standardizing UX through reusable templates and design systems, while also helping shape AI-powered user experiences across the platform.

• Design end-to-end user experiences using Lovable, including wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-centered UX solutions with clarity and speed
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are captured, refined, and implemented accurately
• Collaborate with other designers to standardize templates and components, across the platform
• Contribute to and evolve a centralized design system to enable scalable and reusable UX
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, usability insights, and product priorities
• Balance multiple work streams and deliver high-quality designs with quick turnaround times
• Design and integrate AI-powered experiences (e.g., conversational interfaces, recommendations, automation) into product workflows
• Leverage user behavior data and analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve experiences
• Stay current with UX, AI, and industry trends, ensuring our products remain modern and competitive

• 2–5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design or a related role
• Strong experience designing web-based or SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with modern UX tools (Lovable preferred or similar tools)
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable UX solutions
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
• Experience or exposure to designing AI-driven experiences (e.g., NLP, ML-driven features, or AI-assisted workflows)
• Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

• Experience building or maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
• Prior exposure to AI-driven or enterprise platform products
• Experience standardizing UX across multiple products or modules
• Passion for improving design processes and driving UX consistency at scale
