Creative Graphic & Experiential Designer Overview:

• 8-10 years of experience in Art Direction, with strong expertise in both graphic design and experiential environmental design
• Proven ability to translate brand systems into physical spaces, including print, signage, and environmental elements
• Demonstrated experience designing immersive and interactive activations for events, spaces, or exhibits
• Expertise in applying lighting, materiality, spatial flow, and sensory details to elevate design
• Strong storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-room or multi-day experience concepts
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and align with business goals
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, or similar software

• Experience in way finding, environmental styling, or environmental branding
• Knowledge of physical sourcing, materials, and environmental styling techniques
• Experience working in hybrid or on-site environments in Mountain View, CA
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and innovative spatial solutions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related field
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating successful projects that blend visual branding with experiential design

• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (Mountain View, CA)
• Immediate availability to start
• Ability to collaborate across creative, production, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution
