US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Establish, advocate, and drive the multi-year evolution of the Material Design system and delivery efforts across all Android surfaces.
- Elevate practices, solutions, and visual/graphical effects by integrating new technologies and methodologies. Remain deeply versed in engineering needs and actively collaborate to bridge technical feasibility constraints with creative execution.
- Prepare, orchestrate, and manage executive-level storytelling and narratives for design systems, strategy, and creative direction.
- Demonstrate deep AI savviness by proactively leveraging emerging AI technologies, tools, and workflows to expand creative capabilities, streamline design execution, and scale output.
- Craft effective, scalable design guidance and principles that seamlessly support implementation, standardizations, and quality delivery across first-party (1P) and OEM partners.
