We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Designer to enhance our cross‑functional team’s capabilities in delivering exceptional end‑to‑end user experiences across web and mobile platforms for client products. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about the art of design, excel in solving complex challenges, and thrive in rapid experimentation and agile environments. As part of your role, you will work closely with a dynamic team to drive innovation and craft seamless customer interfaces that emotionally connect and resonate, reporting directly to the Design Manager.
Job Requirements- Apply strategic design thinking to deliver innovative end‑to‑end user experiences that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Create and communicate compelling visualizations of design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback to optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate across teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure coherent implementation of design visions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the enhancement of the Intuit Experience Design Community.
- Profound expertise in end‑to‑end customer experience design.
- Strong ability to visualize concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and a track record of successful agile design implementation.
Prior experience in product design within the finance or software industry, particularly with platforms such as Quick Books, is highly desirable.
