We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Plastic Surgeon to join a prominent established cosmetic and aesthetic practice in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.

The practice serves a discerning patient population across 4 locations in Northern California
. With established infrastructure, experienced staff, and operational support in place, the incoming surgeon can focus on clinical excellence while scaling a sustainable and rewarding practice.

  Base salary of $350K - $450K with additional opportunity based on commission.

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency
• Board-certified or board‑eligible
• Strong aesthetic and/or reconstructive surgical skill set
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and bedside manner
• Interest in long-term practice growth and partnership
