OB/GYN Laborist Salary: $335,510 base (1.0 FTE) + incentives

Full-time OB/GYN Laborist role offering flexible scheduling and a physician-led practice model, providing high-quality inpatient obstetric care in a well-supported hospital environment.

We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Laborist to provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care, including labor and delivery coverage and inpatient rounding. This role supports a group of eleven obstetricians and averages approximately three deliveries per 24-hour shift. Responsibilities also include rounding on postpartum and antepartum patients, with an average daily census of 5 10 inpatients. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional maternal care in a structured and supportive setting.

• 2-year base salary guarantee totaling $335,510 annually (1.0 FTE)

• Up to 10% annual performance incentives
