Role Overview
The Training Lead is responsible for the design, delivery, and long-term maintenance of training programs for all roles supporting case study activities. This role is a critical enabler of effective onboarding, ensuring that the workforce remains aligned with evolving protocols and tools while supporting operational flexibility through cross‑training. Beyond curriculum development, the Training Lead provides operational leadership, oversees quality assurance within training, and drives continuous improvement across all educational activities.
Onsite at the Client office is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Own the overarching training strategy, governance, and operating model to ensure consistent instructional quality and alignment with program objectives.
- Lead and coach the training team, setting clear direction, providing performance input, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Lead the creation of structured training curricula and materials tailored to every role within the XR Data Program.
- Lead onboarding and role‑specific readiness activities to ensure all new personnel are fully prepared to perform their assigned responsibilities effectively.
- Provide ongoing, refresher, and just‑in‑time training to maintain high workforce performance, adaptability, and operational consistency.
- Manage cross‑training programs to improve workforce flexibility and overall coverage.
- Integrate quality insights, KPIs, performance metrics, and operator feedback into continuous training updates.
- Maintain accurate training records and audit‑ready documentation, contributing data‑driven insights to operational and quality reporting.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience.
- Training curriculum design and instructional delivery.
- Mastery of operational protocols, workflows, and tools.
- Clear instructional communication and facilitation.
- Coaching, mentoring, and a focus on learner development.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with operations and quality teams.
- High adaptability to evolving processes and tooling.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
- Onboarding, certification, and competency validation.
- Training documentation management, including versioning and record keeping.
- Data‑driven tracking and reporting of training effectiveness.
- High School Diploma or GED.
