Opus 1 Music Studio is hiring an experienced Violin Teacher to join our San Francisco Bay Area faculty — based in Mountain View and Palo Alto, California (Silicon Valley). You'll work with a community of internationally recognized teachers, premium facilities with acoustic grand pianos, and a roster of 1,400+ motivated students of all ages.
You'll teach violin students across all levels — from young Suzuki beginners through advanced students preparing for ABRSM, Certificate of Merit, RCM, youth orchestras, and conservatory auditions. Comfort with technique, repertoire selection, and helping students prepare for recurring student recitals is expected.
Benefits and compensation: Compensation starts between $50 and $60/hr as a W-2 employee, with paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), professional development opportunities, and free private lesson tuition.
