I am currently representing a client in Hollister, CA, at the forefront of eVTOL technology, seeking a Flight Test Instrumentation Technician to support the certification of their Gen 6 all-electric aircraft.

The Role You will be a key member of the Flight Test Operations team, responsible for ensuring we capture accurate data across every test milestone.
- Systems Integration:
Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot bespoke instrumentation systems on an aircraft. - Engineering Support:
Collaborate with flight test engineers to design data systems, select sensors, and develop new procedures to minimize program risk. - Data Integrity:
Manage the end-to-end instrumentation process, from building complex wire harnesses to supporting post-test data processing.
Qualifications We are looking for expertise in experimental aviation.
- Extensive experience instrumenting complex aircraft systems (strain gauges, accelerometers, VDTs, etc.).
- Proven ability to build, terminate, and install high-quality instrumentation wiring harnesses.
- Strong background in data telemetry systems and experimental flight test operations.
