Failure Analysis Tech - Field Safety
Looking for a solid failure analysis tech focused on field safety of consumer electronics. This person will be processing a large number of consumer device field returns and using their technical background to run diagnostics to determine the root cause of the issues.

Required:

• Perform Category I, II, and III Services level of Failure Analysis Technician services.

• Research customer claims and assess their validity based on knowledge of products and failure mechanisms.

• Identify and prioritize high priority safety issues.

• Analyze device data and determine if data supports or contradicts customers' claims.

• Propose new lab procedures and processes to improve efficiency.

• Experience with optical microscopy and Xray microscopy.

• Nondestructive inspection and the ability to run visual, electrical, and mechanical analysis on devices.

• Experience with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.

Estimated Min Rate: $35.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
