** Job Description**# Senior Product Line Manager – Commercial, Components & Space In this role, you will lead the Commercial, Components & Space product line within Teledyne RF & Microwave, a provider of advanced radio frequency (RF) and microwave solutions for demanding aerospace, defense, commercial, and space applications. You will shape long‑term strategy, guide investments, and drive financial performance across a portfolio that supports mission‑critical systems.

Working with engineering, operations, program management, business development, and executive leadership, you ensure the product line delivers on growth, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.## What you’ll do
* Own the long‑term strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the Commercial, Components & Space portfolio.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform product direction and feature prioritization.
* Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and financial forecasts to support growth and profitability.
* Lead new product development from concept through launch, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and execution.
* Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and technical priorities for engineering teams.
* Manage lifecycle decisions, including cost reduction, optimization, and end‑of‑life planning.
* Engage directly with customers to represent the voice of the customer in product decisions and proposals.
* Partner with sales and marketing to build value propositions, collateral, and go‑to‑market plans.
* Mentor junior product managers and help build product management capability across the organization.## What you need
