Required qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in an electrical, audio, or acoustic engineering technical environment, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with audio or noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) test and analysis systems (e.g., Polytec LDV, Soundcheck, B&K Connect, and Artemis).
- Master’s degree or PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related field.
- Experience with noise, vibration testing, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of acoustic noise from electronic components such as capacitors and inductors.
- Design Google’s products by owning architecture, design, and validation.
- Work with cross‑functional teams (e.g., software, product design, industrial design, program management, operations, and finance) to deliver a product to market.
- Plan and lead validation of designs.
- Bring designs to production by setting factory test requirements.
- Focus on eNoise mitigation, vibration optimization, failure analysis, and factory and production support.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $132,000‑$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
