We are seeking an experienced hardware lead to drive the design and development of next-generation automotive infotainment and telematics systems. This role requires strong technical leadership in hardware architecture, board design, and system validation within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end hardware development for infotainment and telematics control units (TCU)
  • Define system architecture, component selection, and hardware design specifications
  • Oversee schematic design, PCB layout, and board bring‑up
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards (EMI/EMC, safety, reliability)
  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, and system teams for product integration
  • Drive hardware validation, testing, and debugging activities
  • Interface with vendors and suppliers for component selection and qualification
  • Support manufacturing, production, and field issue resolution
  • Mentor and lead a team of hardware engineers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 8–15 years of experience in automotive hardware design
  • Strong experience in infotainment systems and telematics (TCU, connectivity modules)
  • Hands‑on expertise in schematic design and PCB development tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence)
  • Knowledge of high‑speed interfaces (USB, Ethernet, PCIe, CAN, LIN)
  • Experience with SoCs, microcontrollers, and wireless modules (LTE/5G, GNSS, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth)
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and validation processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automotive‑grade components (AEC‑Q standards)
  • Exposure to functional safety (ISO 26262)
  • Knowledge of power management and thermal design
  • Experience working with OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
