Job Description
General DescriptionThe Reliability Test Engineer position is responsible for executing reliability testing, operating lab equipment and thermal chambers, documenting results, and reporting test progress and findings across product development.
Compensation is based on experience. H1 sponsorship is not available. Candidates must already be in Mountain View, CA or be willing to relocate at their own cost.
Primary Responsibilities- Execute established reliability test procedures, including environmental, mechanical, and certification testing.
- Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and thermal chambers for temperature and humidity testing.
- Document test setups and results with clear photographic evidence.
- Collect, analyze, and report results using spreadsheets, charts, and presentation slides.
- Track and communicate testing progress in a timely manner.
- Support multiple tests and products across the development lifecycle.
- Ensure safe operation of all test setups and proper use of trained lab equipment.
- Solid Works skills and Instron testing experience required.
- Experience executing reliability testing procedures (environmental, mechanical, and certification), setting up, operating, and maintaining test equipment and thermal chambers, and documenting test setups and results with photographic evidence.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data using spreadsheets, charts, and presentation materials, as well as tracking and communicating test progress.
- Experience supporting multiple tests and products across development cycles and ensuring safe operation of lab setups and proper use of trained equipment.
Bachelor of Science in a related engineering major (EE, CE, etc.).

CompensationExpected salary range: $85,000 to $90,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
