Job Overview

Lead strategic labs and infrastructure excellence as a Project Manager with JLL, overseeing design, permitting and construction of projects, aligning concepts of scope, time, and costs to achieve project goals. Manage project teams, conduct value engineering, and implement energy and carbon related initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects, preparing agendas and maintaining master project schedules and budgets.
• Select and manage project teams and resources, including subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and partners, and coordinate all stakeholders.
• Monitor progress through site visits, procurement tracking, and contractor performance reviews; facilitate project meetings and coordinate updates and drawing reviews.
• Develop ROM level project estimates for funding approval; review and approve requisitions, change orders, and invoices; oversee contracts, close‑outs, and punch lists.
• Lead energy and carbon projects such as solar PV, energy storage, LED lighting retrofits, HVAC, BMS, water fixture retrofits, and electrification, understanding system architecture.
• Adhere to client and company policies, obtain permits and approvals, and conduct value engineering based on client basis of design and industry benchmarks.
• Partner with client’s Technical Services Team to optimize process, manage client experience, and recommend internal program and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of project or construction management experience.
• 3+ years experience managing technical infrastructure with respect to MEPSF systems, demonstrating understanding of system architecture.
• Strong understanding of construction industry terminology, codes, documentation, and design disciplines.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and project management tools such as Clarizen and Procore.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills; proven customer service record.
• Willing and able to travel; ability to work from office or site locations; detail‑oriented under deadline pressure.
• Ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects while preparing agendas, budgets, and status reporting.

• Certification in PE, AIA, LEED, or CMAA; PMP certification or willingness to pursue.
• Advanced experience with renewable energy systems, energy storage, and building electrification.
• Experience managing large‑scale, complex infrastructure projects with extensive budgets.
• Deep understanding of MEPSF systems design, construction sequencing, and commissioning.
• Track record in value engineering, cost optimization, and quality maintenance.
• Experience recommending and implementing internal program and process improvements, strategic planning, or operational efficiency enhancements.
