Job Summary

Looking for a Lab Engineer in Mountain View, CA. Join Our Client, a top industry innovator! Bridge theoretical design and physical testing. Requires a technical B.S. and 3+ years of hands‑on lab experience in optics, mechatronics, and software.

Location: Mountain View, California

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $71.64 - $86.76 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm

Education: Bachelors

• Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain high‑precision lab setups involving lasers, sensors, and optomechanics to support Our Client's dynamic projects.
• Write and manage custom code (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Aerotech Aeroscript, etc.) to streamline complex engineering tests and data collection.
• Independently conduct Design of Experiments (DOE), thoroughly analyze the collected data, and ensure ongoing data integrity.
• Prepare detailed test reports and present actionable technical insights to Our Client's broader engineering team.
