Job DescriptionTeledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for challenging applications. Our products and capabilities are sought after by civilian and military organizations spanning Aviation, Communication, Electronic Warfare (EW/ECM/CIED), Industrial, Missile/UAV, Radar, Satcom, Space, and Test and Measurement. We invest heavily in research and development to maintain the ability to offer advanced MW/RF capabilities for current and emerging challenges.
Responsibilities- Learn and understand theory of operation for solid‑state RF and microwave amplifiers.
- Assist in tuning and testing MIC circuits (bias checks, S‑parameters, power sweeps, stability tests).
- Analyze test data to identify performance, yield, or process improvement opportunities.
- Support documentation, workflow optimization, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Assist in root‑cause investigations for test failures and help propose corrective actions.
- Pursuing B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
- Completed coursework in Electromagnetism, Operational Amplifiers, and Analog Circuits.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (C++, Python);
LabVIEW is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers.
- Must meet the criteria of a "US Person" (including US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees).

Salary$50,600.00 - $67,500.00
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation is determined based on various factors including location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and position type.
