Job Description

The Robot Maintenance & Technical Operations Specialist will support the operational health and maintenance of advanced robotic systems. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, maintaining robotic fleet systems, managing operational workflows, and ensuring system reliability through strong technical diagnostics and documentation practices.

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Requirements / Must Have
  • Strong background in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience maintaining complex robotic or electro‑mechanical systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills for multi‑disciplinary systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to data integrity and configuration management.
  • Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience
  • Experience supporting robotic systems or automated equipment operations.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex hardware and software integrated systems.
  • Experience maintaining operational workflows and system configurations.
  • Experience presenting technical or operational data to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor the operational health of robotic systems and fleet infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues affecting robotic systems.
  • Develop structured troubleshooting and diagnostic workflows for system issues.
  • Ensure proper configuration management and system documentation.
  • Support improvements to robotic fleet management and operational processes.
  • Document procedures, system updates, and operational guidelines.
  • Communicate operational performance and technical findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Skills
  • Robotics and mechatronics system maintenance.
  • Electro‑mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Technical documentation and process documentation.
  • Operational workflow management and configuration control.
  • Communication and technical reporting.
Qualification & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
Should Have
  • Experience working with robotic fleet management systems.
  • Experience supporting automated or robotics‑based operational environments.
  • Experience working with system monitoring and diagnostics tools.
