The US base salary range for this full-time position is $229,600 to $237,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.
Position reports to the Google Mountain View, CA office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
Responsibilities- Design complex silicon systems by clarifying requirements, assessing trade-offs, and leading design reviews to align on technology and methodology
- Contribute to the end-to-end development and successful delivery of complex, high-performance silicon systems from concept to production
- Define test requirements and execute validation plans for silicon systems, influencing designs to enhance testability and debugging capabilities
- Validate and debug multiple high-complexity silicon systems independently, guiding junior engineers to achieve project results
- Identify process redundancies and spearhead initiatives to standardize methods and improve overall operational efficiency and productivity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and procedures to promote high efficiency and sustainability in all silicon deliverables.
