  • 2 years of experience in the calibration and validation of the camera actuator at the component, module and system levels.
  • Experience with actuator driving and sensing technologies.
  • Experience with camera contract manufacturers and in vendor management.

US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the camera actuator control system’s calibration and validation strategies from the component to system level.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define relevant figures of merit and to assess their user impact for both production and new technology cameras.
  • Formulate and validate new metrology, taking into account the factory/lab capability and throughput. Write clear documentation for engineering and test requirements.
  • Collaborate with the vendors to understand their current capabilities and drive them for improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure correct factory implementation of tests and calibrations, thoroughly reviewing the factory data.
  • Propose meaningful spec limits, taking into account assembly tolerance and metrology limitations.
