Acceler8 Talent is seeking an experienced Hardware Systems Electrical Engineer to join a mature startup in the Bay Area. As a member of this highly accomplished team, you would collaborate with world-class distributed systems hardware and software architects to transform product visions for industry-leading GPU computing networks.
In order to solve the critical bottleneck in next-generation computing workloads, this company is seeking highly motivated and talented engineers who are excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. As an HW Systems Engineer, you would collaborate across teams to design boards and systems from concept, to system build, to overall system bring-up.
This role might be ideal for you if you have:
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate across teams to design boards and systems from concept through system bring-up. Contribute to the design and validation of data center products, including servers, storage devices, and networking products. Work with Cadence EDA tools for symbol creation, schematic capture, and PCB board file review. Engage with CPLD/FPGA design, VRM design, management interfaces, and BMC in data center products. Develop scripts to improve bring-up and test productivity.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience with board design and system validation
- Design and bring up experience with data center products (servers, storage devices, networking products, etc.)
- Fluency with Cadence EDA tools for symbol creating, schematic capture, and PCB board file review
- Familiarity with CPLD/FPGA design, VRM design, management interfaces, BMC in data center products
- Strong scripting skills to increase bring up and test productivity
- BSEE/CE or MSEE/CE + professional experience in a relevant industry
