Travel within North America (approximately 20–40%) is required to support customer meetings, product demonstrations, field testing, and industry events.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager (Robotics LiDAR) to drive the commercialization and product success of our next-generation LiDAR solutions across the North American robotics market.

This role combines product management, technical pre‑sales, and customer success
, working closely with robotics customers, engineering, sales, and headquarters to define product strategy, support design wins, and accelerate market adoption.

The ideal candidate understands robotics sensing technologies and can effectively translate customer requirements into product roadmaps while supporting technical evaluations, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and customer integration activities.

Note: This is a highly customer‑facing and technical role. Applicants should have hands‑on experience in robotics, autonomous systems, perception technologies, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities Product Management
  • Own the product lifecycle of Robotics LiDAR solutions for the North American market.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer requirements to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications, software features, SDK improvements, and future platform development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis covering LiDAR, vision, radar, and perception technologies.
  • Collaborate with global headquarters to localize products for North American customer needs.
Technical Pre‑Sales & Customer Success
  • Support the sales team throughout technical evaluations, product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept (POC) projects, and solution design.
  • Serve as the product technical expert during customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
  • Assist customers with LiDAR integration, SDK implementation, system architecture, calibration, and performance optimization.
  • Gather customer feedback and coordinate with engineering teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements.
  • Travel to customer sites to support testing, validation, and system integration activities.
Business Development Support
  • Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and accelerate design wins in the robotics industry.
  • Support RFI/RFQ responses, technical proposals, product documentation, and customer presentations.
  • Represent the company at robotics exhibitions, industry conferences, webinars, and customer events.
  • Build relationships with robotics ecosystem partners, including system integrators, software partners, research institutions, and industry organizations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Application Engineering, Field Application Engineering (FAE), Solutions Engineering, or Technical Pre‑Sales.
  • Experience in robotics, industrial automation, autonomous systems, intelligent machines, or perception technologies.
  • Strong understanding of LiDAR, computer vision, SLAM, localization, navigation, sensor fusion, or robotics perception systems.
  • Excellent customer‑facing communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into product strategy and technical solutions.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within North America (20–40%).
