Willow is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead and scale an end-to-end engineering organization spanning EE, firmware, cloud, and mobile apps. You will bridge hardware to cloud, while balancing hands-on execution with strategic architecture across multiple teams.
You will manage internal leads and external partners, promote best practices, and drive regulatory compliance (FDA/ISO) in product development. This hybrid role is based in the Bay Area.
