US Concerts is seeking a VIP Host to drive a premium hospitality experience.

• Give proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage
• Serve as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience within both the lounges and music areas
• Assist guests regarding the timing of supporting acts and headliner acts
• Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively with others to enhance guest experience
• Maintain contact with Manager, Bar Staff, and Server regarding the arrival of all guests
• Constantly observe the lounge area, upholding the ambiance of the lounge or seating section
• Exhibit articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with the audience
• Present exemplary and professional appearance
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide superior service
• Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program, including implementing recycling and waste prevention initiatives
• Partner with band members at the end of show to close the venue, which may include collecting recyclables from the lawn, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades
• Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of high‑end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, and problem solving
• Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal and organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy
• Must have a flexible schedule
