Job Summary:
This role involves establishing and managing the operational framework for music rights holder relationships. You will be responsible for developing consistent systems for monthly reporting, managing asset flows, and ensuring partner compliance. The position requires a proactive individual who can build efficient processes from the ground up within the music industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate monthly reports to up to 40 music partners.
- Organize and facilitate regular partner sync meetings.
- Oversee the intake and delivery of digital assets.
- Manage the asset review and approval process.
- Create and maintain operational trackers and workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Strong process-building mindset.
- Excellent communication with external partners.
Experience in the music industry, specifically with labels, publishers, and performing rights organizations, is highly preferred.
