Tax Associate

A leading family office is expanding its tax practice and hiring Tax Associates, Seniors, Supervisors, and Managers to support high‑net‑worth individuals, families, trusts, partnerships, and nonprofits.

• The ideal candidates bring hands‑on experience preparing and/or reviewing individual, trust, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. Depending on level, responsibilities may include tax planning and research, handling complex compliance matters, reviewing tax notices, mentoring junior staff, leading engagement workflows, and collaborating across service lines such as estate planning, philanthropy, and risk management.
• We are considering candidates with 1 to 5+ years of relevant tax compliance experience—from early‑career professionals with at least 1 year of individual and trust tax preparation experience, to advanced practitioners with 3–5+ years working across individual, partnership, trust, and nonprofit entities. Senior‑level applicants should have demonstrated capability handling increasingly complex issues, while Supervisor‑ and Manager‑level candidates should bring leadership experience, with Managers required to hold an active CPA or EA license and experience serving ultra‑affluent clients
