Pay Range: $30-35 per hour on W2 basis
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team and take charge of complex payroll tax issues, including employee mobility, local and multi-state taxation, and RSU taxation and reporting. This role requires a candidate who is skilled in analyzing and resolving sophisticated tax issues, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll operations, and engaging in continuous process improvement to enhance tax operations and service delivery.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated independent thinker, capable of operating with minimal day-to-day direction while managing intricate payroll operations both timely and accurately.
- Process and audit RSU-related data, ensuring accurate taxation and compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Liaise with finance and payroll stakeholders, providing data, reports, and research on any outstanding issues.
- Monitor and manage multi-state and local tax issues, ensuring accurate taxation for a mobile workforce.
- Work closely with accounting and benefits departments to audit funding and ensure proper taxation and reporting of employee benefits.
- Maintain and update payroll and tax operations procedures, SOPs, and internal controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Expertise in ADP Global View and multi-state taxation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex payroll tax issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
