Job Description
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Build a financial plan, recommend brokerage products, triage client leads, and refer to business partners. The candidate must complete required licenses and trainings. The position is subject to the SAFE Act registration requirements. Failure to obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If the 66 is not held but a 63 or 65 is, an offer can be extended pending a passing score for the missing series within 60 days.
- At least one year of experience in the investment industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Monday‑Friday open availability required plus some Saturdays.
Minimum Education RequirementHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

PayPay range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees may earn incentives as detailed by the specific line‑of‑business incentive plan provisions. Incentives may be earned on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis. This role is currently benefits eligible.
