Junior Finance Analyst (Intern) – Pune – EMEA Shift

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst Intern to join the Global Shared Services team in Pune. The role involves recording transactions for finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, and supporting internal and external audit activities in accordance with company policies.

• Process transactions and fulfill duties within finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger/Record to Report accurately and timely under supervision.
• Attend training sessions and incorporate feedback from senior resources.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest realistic efficiency ideas.
• Ensure all transaction processing is completed accurately and within SLA.
• Proactively raise issues to the Team Lead requiring clarification or intervention.
• Maintain up-to-date desktop documentation.
• Adhere to privacy and security obligations.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, inclusion, and learning environment.

• Bachelor’s degree related to accounting/finance or related experience (CA/CWA Inter, US CMA).
• 0–2 years of experience in finance domain (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Record to Report or related accounting processes).
• Good knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping concepts and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with PowerPoint and Word also desired.
• Proficient in English.
• Comfortable working within a global company across multiple time zones.
• Experience in BPO industry is advantageous.

• ACCA (minimum 8 papers qualified)
• CFA Level 1
