Senior Financial Analyst

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, FP&A - MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (HYBRID, 3 DAYS IN OFFICE)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis, provide insights, and drive operational excellence.

• Partner with leadership to own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes.
• Translate data and analyses into actionable insights to support day‑to‑day and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models for performance evaluation, scenario planning, and investment decisions.
• Lead ROI and business case analyses for key initiatives.
• Review and approve headcount and spend requests to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Prepare concise financial materials for executive leadership, Board, and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and scale finance operations across functions.

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in a SaaS or software company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, and curiosity.
• Ability to independently drive projects with high attention to detail.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with budgeting systems (Anaplan a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred.
• Experience with SaaS business models beneficial.

Annual base salary range: $115,000 – $135,000, based on market location and experience. Full compensation details available during interview.
