• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

• Expertise in SQL and data.
• Demonstrated impactful performance in prior role(s) with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong business partnering skills including the ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, work in a fast-paced environment and drive operational initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on Google One, a rapidly growing business with 150m+ subscribers and Google Photos, a well-loved product with 1.5B+ users. You will play a leading role in driving Google One’s AI subscription business that unlocks Google’s most advanced AI capabilities. You work closely with cross-product teams (like You Tube, Pixel, Home and Health) to bring premium bundled experiences and partnerships to life.

As a trusted advisor and financial guardian, you will play a critical role in facilitating and influencing strategic product and investment decisions.
