Position: Head Spa Specialist

Location: The Sense Head Spa – Mountain View, CA

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

• Provide luxury head spa and scalp treatment services with professionalism and attention to detail
• Create a welcoming, elevated, and personalized experience for every client
• Build strong client relationships through excellent hospitality and communication
• Educate clients on scalp health, wellness, and recommended treatment plans
• Confidently recommend and sell spa packages, memberships, retail products, and upgraded services based on client needs
• Cater to clients in a polished and luxury-focused manner, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the visit
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas
• Assist with client check-ins, appointment flow, and overall guest experience when needed
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the spa’s luxury service standards

• Experience in spa, salon, beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Passion for luxury client care and wellness experiences
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced but relaxing spa environment
• Weekend and flexible availability preferred
• Cosmetology or esthetician license is a must (if applicable)
