** Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to help our residents improve their daily living skills and overall well-being. * Job Duties:
*** Assess residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
* Implement therapy interventions to improve residents' functional abilities and independence.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
* Educate residents and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
* Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory policies.

* Qualifications:
*** Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
