** Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our residents' rehabilitation journeys. * Job Duties:
*** Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' daily living skills and functional abilities.
* Monitor and report resident progress to the Occupational Therapist.
* Educate residents and their families on exercises, safety, and adaptive techniques.
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.

* Qualifications:
*** Current state licensure or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to resident-centered care in a post-acute setting.
