Position:
Front Office Supervisor
- Assist guests in the check‑in and check‑out procedures, and throughout the entirety of their stay.
- Use the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Handle all financial matters—credit card and cash transactions—securely, accurately, and with integrity.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and go above and beyond to maximize the guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer‑focused environment.
- Ensure accurate handling of reservations, check‑in/check‑out, and payment procedures, including credit card and cash handling.
- Maintain proficient administration of the electronic reservation system.
- Adhere to hotel safety programs and procedures, including emergency and security systems.
- Complete all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) in a timely manner.
- 2+ years’ experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service.
- Team‑player mindset, enjoying collaboration with others.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and solution‑finding abilities, dedicated to delivering the best guest experience.
This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
Travel RequirementsThis position requires little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
Pay Scale$15.81 – $30.94 per hour (rate depends upon state/market and experience).
